We are a Dublin paving contractor with yards in Dublin 12 and Bray, serving South Dublin and North Wicklow. What paving services do you offer in Dublin? We are a full-service paving contractor: block paving driveways and patios, resin bound driveways and paths, tarmacadam driveways, porcelain and natural stone patios, garden paving, kerbing and edging, steps, retaining walls, drainage and the general building work that goes with them. All work is carried out by our own team, never sub-contracted, so one crew handles the whole job from excavation to the final clean-up.

How much does paving cost in Dublin? Every job is priced after a site visit because the size, the ground conditions, drainage, edging and the material you choose all affect the price. As a rough guide only, in the current Dublin market block paving typically falls in the region of 60 to 100 euro per square metre supplied and laid, resin bound around 60 to 100 euro per square metre over an existing base, tarmacadam from around 40 to 60 euro per square metre, and porcelain or natural stone patios around 90 to 150 euro per square metre. A full dig-out and new sub-base adds to each. Larger areas cost less per square metre.

Block paving or resin bound: which should I choose? Block paving gives a traditional look with endless pattern and colour options and is easy to spot-repair. Resin bound gives a smooth, seamless, permeable surface with no weeds, no loose stone and almost no maintenance, and it is the finish more and more of our South Dublin and Wicklow customers are asking for.
